Whispers of War
Pirate intel suggests an Elgean-based war is possible before the conclusion of this year. While unlikely to spill over to the Grand Fleet, it is paramount that growth within our lands should remain a priority. We are safest in our lands, surrounded by comrades and our manufacturing facilities.
Due to this intelligence development, the Fleet “War of Walls” will be postponed. All Pirates are instructed to rebuild military forces following the conclusion of the August tournament and prioritize the establishment of new vessels. Resource allocations and mooring sites can be requested by leadership and is encouraged.
Tourney
Through the wisdom of His Majesty, The Grand Fleet stands securely at #5 ranking in the August tournament, with soft ambitions to climb higher. While it would be another token to add to our tournament section; I must stress that each Pirate should not weaken himself in that ambitious push.

There’s a few others but I didn’t want to beat a dead horse. Almost everyone else gave better subject lines so the alliance could know at a glance the status of a square. Some people started off with bad subject lines(like above) and then began incorporating the preferred format.
It may seem silly but in times of war shaving off a few seconds can help with reinforcing with timed attacks. I had to learn how to do this and everyone learns how to format subject lines for better communication.
Pirate Lands
Documentation is ongoing for preferred areas of mooring for all Pirates in our Land Claim. Some of these areas are currently under unlawful occupation of non-Pirates and will be addressed as the need arises for that location. Direct all areas of contention to Leadership within YARR, and removal operations will begin shortly.
HairyShort has begun leaving the Land claim and heading north across the continent. This is a victory made possible by every Pirate that participated in the removal campaign early this month.
It is paramount that we continue to dock our ships within our Land Claim. We gain additional credibility the more that we make a presence here, and it strengthens our forces by shaving off precious troop travel time in the event of offensive or defensive operations.
